"Give your self the same care and attention that you give to others, and watch yourself blooms"
We are always in the mind of how to make the people around us happy, how much time to spend with them and how to impress them. And maybe in this race we do not take time to give ourselves time. We cannot afford to pay attention, care, and time to ourselves. And the fact is, you can never make others happy till you are happy yourself. In order to make the people around you like you, you must first like yourself. But how do you do so? What do you do to take care of yourself? What is your way of loving yourself?

I've brought 5 such points for you that teach you self care
1.IMPROVE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH.
Just as we eat good food, stick to a diet, practice yoga, and exercise to take care of our physical health, we need to do something similar for our mental health. Your mental diet determines your behavior, and that in turn shapes your thoughts, your habits, and your overall mental health. So, it's important to understand that just as we avoid junk food for our physical diet, we must also avoid consuming junk media, junk news, and junk gossip for our mental diet.
2.MAKE YOUR BOUNDARIES AND DON'T BE ASHAMED OF THAT.
Just because someone else is doing something,
it doesn't mean we have to do the same, simply because we want that particular group or those specific people to accept us.
We are all not the same; our thoughts are not the same, our situations are not the same, our preferences are not the same.
EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT IN THEIR OWN BEAUTIFUL WAYS. That's why our boundaries can't be the same either. Don't do something that doesn't feel right to you, because if you're doing it thinking the other person will abandon you, then there's no benefit in keeping such people around. People who don't know how to respect your decisions or understand the reason behind your 'no'. It's better to stay away from such people. So,
DON'T BE ASHAMED OF YOUR BOUNDARIES AND SOMETIMES SAYING NO CAN BE THE BEST FORM OF SELFCARE.
3.LEAVE WHAT'S LEFT BEHIND.
I once read a very profound quote: Leave your past where it is, behind you. Something that is neither related to your present nor your future, yet if not left behind, has the power to ruin both your present and your future. What's the benefit of carrying such a past with you? But our attention never goes to this point. We always remember it and think about how that one past incident ruined our experience at that time. But we fail to see that it will do the same in the present if not left behind. If our attention shifts from the past to the present even once, we'll automatically try to forget it. Just shift your focus from the past to the present. That's it.
4.BEFRIEND BOOKS.
There's this quote that actually sums up the whole talk about this topic: "THERE IS NO FRIEND AS LOYAL AS A BOOK." It's not necessary that we always feel like talking to someone, or that we always learn something good from everyone. But if there's one thing that can offer all of that, it's a book. Every book teaches you something, adds value to your life, and makes you a little wiser. So, even if it's just 10 pages or 5 pages a day, read daily, and trust me, this is going to bring big changes in your life.
5. TRUST YOUR INNER VOICE(my favourite one!)
Last one, but my favorite one: We always try to talk to people, seek advice from them, and get solutions by telling them our problems. But how often do we sit quietly and ask ourselves what we think, what's right or wrong in our view? Do we ever do that? Perhaps only a few people would say yes, because we always consider others to be better, and we ourselves devalue our own worth. But the truth is, no one knows you better than you do. No one understands you as much as you understand yourself. So, the most accurate advice you can give yourself, no one else can. And I'll just end this with this amazing quote:
Talk to yourself once in a day, otherwise youmay miss meeting an excellent person in this world.😊a
